  • 90 Minute Strategy Call, paired with an Onboarding Questionnaire.

  • SEO Keyword Research and optimisation (including header tags, page titles, meta descriptions and keyword placement throughout the finalised copy).

  • A Loom video walkthrough of the copy draft explaining my approach and decisions.

  • Up to 2 rounds of edits.

  • Communication with your designer to make sure the copy is implemented effectively and/or fits well with your existing design. (If needed)

What the copywriting process looks like, phase-by-phase 〰️

  • #1 Discovery Call

    To get started, we’ll jump on a Discovery Call over Zoom to discuss your needs, clarify the size and scope of your project, and and make sure we’re a good fit.

  • #2 Proposal

    I’ll put together a proposal including a start date and timeline, and you have the opportunity to review it. Should you choose to accept it (MI throwback!), you pay 50% of the fee upfront before our start date.

  • #3 Research

    This phase lays the foundations for our copywriting work together. I can ot underscore the importance of it enough! You’ll complete a questionnaire, we’ll get on a call where I’ll “pick your brain.” Then, I’ll conduct customer rand SEO research.

  • #4 Write

    With all that pre-work done, it’s time to tuck myself away in my home office nook and write! This process will generally take one to three weeks depending on the size and scope of the project.

  • #4 Refine

    If you’ve got any feedback on your draft copy deck, you wing it my way via comments or a Zoom call, then I refine! Up to two rounds of changes are included in the project price. If you want to include your designer in the refinement process, I’m all for it. :)

  • #5 Wrap it up

    When your copy is pitch perfect, we’re done! You’ll pay the final 50%, and then, to make your copy easy for you/your team to install, you’ll receive it proofed, in a Google Doc, with layout suggestions and heading tags included.
